We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in agriculture. The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production processes within our agricultural facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Conduct analysis and simulations to optimize production processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of production are aligned
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in process optimization and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within the agriculture industry
- Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools
