We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Support Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Product Support Engineer in the education industry, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our products and services
- Collaborate with the product development team to identify and address software bugs and errors
- Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance product support services
- Assist in the testing and deployment of new product features and updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the education industry
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and debugging techniques
- Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
