We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Engineer to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various programs and projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of program engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality results
- Develop and implement program management strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and progress
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in program management or project engineering within the Financial Services industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- PMP certification is a plus
