Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Program Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This pivotal role involves overseeing and managing engineering programs related to our consumer goods portfolio. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving product innovation, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing project delivery timelines. You will work collaboratively across departments to support the development and implementation of engineering solutions that meet market needs and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering programs from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and marketing, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Spearhead the design and development of new consumer goods products, leveraging engineering principles to enhance functionality, durability, and user experience.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support project decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication within project teams and with external partners to drive project success.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Analyze program performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance product development processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program engineering, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple engineering projects concurrently.
- Strong knowledge of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance in the consumer goods industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
