We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Proposal Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for leading the proposal development process for our Information Technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling and competitive proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, including coordinating with subject matter experts, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
- Manage the proposal schedule and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Review and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing and professional proposals.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the final proposal meets all requirements.
- Track and analyze proposal outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
