We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Proposal Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for leading the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring that all proposals are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with the company's standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the proposal development process, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources.
- Develop and implement proposal strategies and themes that align with client requirements and company objectives.
- Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP requirements.
- Manage the proposal schedule and deadlines, ensuring that all proposals are submitted on time.
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of all proposal documents before submission.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Maintain a library of proposal templates, boilerplate content, and other resources to streamline the proposal development process.
- Provide guidance and support to junior proposal team members as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in proposal management within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and winning complex proposals.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management software.
