We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within the consumer goods industry and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and consistency
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals to uphold quality standards and drive a culture of excellence
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality materials are sourced for production
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality management to drive innovation and improve processes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
