We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Quality Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Quality Manager in the energy sector, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to drive continuous improvement and excellence in product and service quality
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any non-conformities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics and KPIs to measure performance and drive corrective actions
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards, processes, and best practices
- Act as a key point of contact for external audits and regulatory inspections
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and quality issues in a timely and effective manner
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in quality management practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the energy sector
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing quality management systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
