Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Robotics Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ajman, specializing in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in robotics, automation, and a passion for integrating advanced technologies into construction processes. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative robotic solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Development: Lead the design, prototyping, and development of robotic systems and automation solutions tailored for construction applications, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and safety.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with broader organizational objectives.

- Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics and automation technologies. Conduct research to identify new opportunities for robotic applications in construction and recommend strategies for implementation.

- System Integration: Oversee the integration of robotic systems with existing construction equipment and technologies, ensuring seamless operation and interoperability.

- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute testing protocols to validate robotic systems in real-world construction environments. Analyze performance data and iterate designs based on findings to improve reliability and functionality.

- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed robotic systems. Address any issues that arise during operation and implement corrective measures.

- Collaboration and Training: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to identify automation needs. Provide training and support to staff on operating and maintaining robotic systems.

- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including design specifications, testing procedures, and user manuals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics engineering, with a focus on automation in construction or related industries.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Strong knowledge of robotic control systems, sensors, and automation technologies.
- Experience with CAD software for designing robotic systems and components.
- Familiarity with construction processes and the ability to apply robotics to real-world scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
