We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Analyst to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data and market trends
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and increasing market share
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive sales growth
- Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analysis, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions
