Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry based in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales analysis, data interpretation, and strategic planning. This role is crucial in driving sales performance and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth and improve sales strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasting models and track performance against targets.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify opportunities for market expansion.
- Monitor inventory levels in conjunction with sales trends to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
- Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies and promotional activities to enhance sales performance.
- Establish and maintain dashboards and other analytical tools to provide real-time insights into sales performance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall business processes and sales effectiveness.
- Train and mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in sales analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the pharmaceutical sector.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analysis or a related field, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of sales metrics, forecasting methodologies, and market analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in analysis and reporting.
