Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for residential and commercial properties.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored property solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Stay updated on market dynamics to provide informed recommendations.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing channels. Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Property Showings and Negotiations: Conduct property viewings and presentations, effectively communicating the features and benefits of properties to potential buyers. Negotiate sales terms and close deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, property management, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client services.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions for management review.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions and maintain a thorough understanding of local laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including residential and commercial properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data to inform decisions.
- A valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
