Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic healthcare sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare sales, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and institutions to drive revenue growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the healthcare market, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and increase revenue for our healthcare products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement officers, to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, assess competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry trends that may impact sales performance.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our healthcare offerings.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties while maximizing profitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and to drive customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and helping to develop their sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in the UAE and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
