We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our manufacturing company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the manufacturing industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure alignment and support business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and market trends in Dubai
- Ability to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced environment
