We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver on commitments
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense products and services is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
