We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Officer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all security operations within the transportation and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, risk assessment, and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and assets within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and government authorities to address security concerns and threats.
- Manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems, to detect and respond to security breaches.
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other business partners.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in security management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, risk assessment methodologies, and crisis management techniques.
