Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Officer to join our team in the dynamic real estate sector in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing security operations across our properties, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients, tenants, and staff. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in security management and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard assets and personnel across multiple properties.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure a prompt response to incidents.
- Monitor and review security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, to ensure functionality and compliance with security standards.
- Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches, conducting investigations and preparing detailed reports for management.
- Provide security training and awareness programs for staff and tenants to promote a culture of safety and vigilance.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure security measures are integrated into daily operations.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices within the real estate sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters for properties under management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of electronic security systems and technology.
- Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
