We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Supply Chain Manager in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain process to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the overall business objectives
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiations to ensure the best possible terms and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory management processes
- Coordinate and manage logistics activities, including transportation and warehousing
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Analyze data and market trends to forecast demand and identify potential risks
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure supply chain performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
