Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management within the energy sector, demonstrating exceptional strategic, analytical, and leadership skills. This role will require you to oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the procurement, logistics, and distribution of materials and services essential to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives in the energy sector.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, finance, and operations teams, to ensure seamless supply chain processes.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to supply chain activities, including safety and environmental standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Utilize advanced supply chain management software and tools to enhance forecasting, planning, and reporting capabilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential supply chain disruptions.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Proven experience in managing complex supply chain operations and projects.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
