We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our retail operations. You will work closely with the IT team and business stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of our retail systems and applications.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users in the retail environment
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including point of sale systems
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring optimal uptime
- Collaborate with IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Develop and maintain support documentation and training materials
- Assist in the implementation of new retail systems and applications
- Participate in on-call support rotation as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in retail environment
- Strong knowledge of retail systems and applications
- Experience with point of sale systems and inventory management software
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
