We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Support Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide technical support and guidance to our aerospace and defense clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their systems and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support to clients in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions to improve client systems.
- Conduct system audits and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client systems.
- Provide training and guidance to junior support analysts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support roles within the aerospace and defense industry.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace and defense systems and technologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
