We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our financial services clients, ensuring smooth operation of their systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and applications
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical skills in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
