We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting within the Consumer Goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Consumer Goods industry
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
