Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in the pharmaceutical sector. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent that aligns with our company's mission and values. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes from end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives. Identify current and future hiring needs and proactively address talent gaps.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and continuous improvement in recruitment practices. Foster a collaborative and engaging team culture.
- Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates across various roles within the pharmaceutical sector. Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, job boards, and industry events.
- Candidate Experience: Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Maintain communication with candidates at all stages and provide timely feedback.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition. Offer insights and updates on market trends and candidate availability.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand by showcasing our culture, values, and unique offerings. Develop and implement initiatives that enhance our visibility in the job market.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of current recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve processes. Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and employment practices. Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification in HR is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry or related sectors.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that drive results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment and employment in the UAE.
