We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vendor Manager to join our real estate team in Dubai. As the Senior Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality products and services are consistently delivered
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify vendor needs and requirements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential new vendors
- Analyze vendor performance data and provide regular reports to management
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in vendor management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and contracts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management software
