We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vendor Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Consumer Goods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies to optimize business relationships and drive growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align vendor strategies with overall business objectives
- Identify new vendor opportunities and conduct thorough vendor evaluations to ensure alignment with company values and goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor performance, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
- Stay current on market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform vendor selection and management decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain in the Consumer Goods industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and driving business results
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
