We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Venture Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the Retail sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venture analysis, with a focus on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities within the Retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in the Retail sector
- Evaluate the financial performance and viability of potential investments, including conducting due diligence and financial modeling
- Develop investment strategies and recommendations based on thorough analysis and market trends
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to assess investment opportunities and drive decision-making processes
- Monitor and track the performance of existing investments, providing regular updates and reports to senior management
- Stay current on industry trends and market developments to inform investment decisions and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in venture analysis, investment banking, private equity, or related field
- Strong knowledge of the Retail industry and market dynamics
- Proven track record of successfully evaluating and executing investment opportunities
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and recommendations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
