We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Venture Analyst to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling, with a passion for identifying and evaluating high-potential investment opportunities in the aerospace and defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities in the aerospace and defense sector
- Evaluate and assess the financial viability and strategic fit of potential investments
- Perform detailed due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis, industry research, and competitive analysis
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses to support investment recommendations
- Present investment recommendations to senior management and investment committees
- Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies, providing regular updates and recommendations for strategic decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including industry experts, entrepreneurs, and investors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- [X] years of experience in investment analysis, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Deep understanding of the aerospace and defense industry, including key trends, players, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
