We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our team in Al Ain within the Agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT systems and applications.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users in person, over the phone, or via remote desktop
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
- Manage IT infrastructure and ensure security protocols are followed
- Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives
- Train and mentor junior IT support staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Experience with networking technologies and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
