We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Proposal Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Consumer Goods industry and a proven track record of successfully managing and winning large-scale proposals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources
- Develop compelling and persuasive proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition and differentiate our products and services in the market
- Manage the proposal timeline, ensuring all deadlines are met and the proposal is submitted in a timely manner
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients and competitors to tailor proposals to their specific needs and preferences
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy
- Review and edit proposals for clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements
- Track and analyze proposal outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future proposals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in proposal management, preferably in the Consumer Goods industry
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels
