We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the education sector. The Senior Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to end users, as well as overseeing the implementation and maintenance of various IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications, ensuring they meet the needs and requirements of the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.
- Train and mentor junior support analysts, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the education sector, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
