We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that all technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products
- Train and mentor junior support engineers
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of consumer goods industry and products
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
