We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping Clerk Assistant in our Dubai office within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will assist the Shipping Clerk in managing and coordinating the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Shipping Clerk in preparing shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding shipment status and updates
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations
- Assist in resolving any shipping issues or discrepancies that may arise
- Support the Shipping Clerk in maintaining inventory levels and organizing warehouse space

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping and logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages, as needed
- Familiarity with shipping software and systems is a plus
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
