We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Shipping Clerk Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Shipping Clerk in managing all outgoing shipments and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of agricultural products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Shipping Clerk in preparing shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure all orders are picked, packed, and ready for shipment.
- Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
- Assist in resolving any shipping-related issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments and update inventory system accordingly.
- Assist in managing shipping supplies and inventory levels.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes as needed.
