We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Operations Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a deep understanding of social media operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation for the financial services sector
- Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and campaigns that align with business objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of social media programs, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media performance
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support social media initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
