We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Services Manager to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The Social Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various social service programs and initiatives within the company to support the well-being and success of our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social service programs and initiatives to support employee well-being and community engagement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of need and develop targeted social service programs to address those needs.
- Collaborate with external organizations and community partners to expand the reach and impact of social service programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees seeking assistance with personal or professional challenges.
- Conduct needs assessments and surveys to gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of social service programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of social service activities and outcomes.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in social services to continuously improve and enhance programs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social services or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local social service resources and networks in Abu Dhabi.
