Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Work Assistant to join our team in the Transportation and Logistics industry in Ajman. The Social Work Assistant will be responsible for providing support to individuals and families in need of social services, as well as coordinating resources and services to help improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social work principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and counseling to clients facing difficult circumstances
- Refer clients to appropriate community resources and services
- Collaborate with other social workers, case managers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client cases and develop strategies for support
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary services
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust care plans as needed
- Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in social work

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
