Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Work Assistant to join our team in Ajman. This position will be based in an educational setting, working closely with students, families, and school staff to provide support and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Social Worker in conducting assessments of students' social and emotional needs
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement interventions to support students' well-being
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with students and families
- Assist with outreach and community engagement activities to promote mental health awareness and resources
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss student progress and develop action plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
- [Number] years of experience in a social work or counseling role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of child development and trauma-informed care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management systems
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
