We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Operations Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and digital marketing, with a passion for the aerospace and defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness within the aerospace and defense sector
- Manage all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Create and curate content for social media channels, including posts, videos, and graphics
- Monitor social media analytics and track performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all online platforms
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Requirements:
