We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize supplier performance and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct supplier audits, and negotiate contracts
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost objectives are met
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies with organizational goals
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and drive cost savings

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- CIPS or CPSM certification is a plus
