We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and sourcing within the energy industry, with a focus on renewable energy sources.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing needs and requirements
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all sourcing activities
- Analyze supplier performance and provide regular reporting to management on key metrics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline sourcing processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the Energy sector
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with suppliers
- Solid understanding of sourcing best practices and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with sourcing software/tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
