We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing all spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of spa professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Create and manage spa budgets, including revenue forecasting and expense management
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, providing ongoing support and development opportunities
- Oversee spa services and treatments, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote spa services and drive revenue growth
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:
