We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our spa located in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the wellness industry and a strong background in spa management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the spa
- Manage and lead a team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure budget targets are met
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure the spa remains competitive in the market
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure all staff are properly trained and certified in their respective areas of expertise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability in a spa setting
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products
- Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for operating a spa in Dubai
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Certification in spa management or a related field is preferred
