We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stage Manager Assistant in the energy industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to assist the Stage Manager in coordinating and executing all aspects of stage production.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Stage Manager in the planning and execution of all stage activities
- Coordinate with production team members to ensure smooth operation of stage production
- Assist with set-up and tear-down of stage equipment and props
- Manage and maintain stage inventory
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating rehearsals and performances
- Provide support to performers and crew members during rehearsals and performances
- Ensure the safety and security of all stage equipment and props
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Stage Manager

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a stage production environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of stage production equipment and techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Performing Arts, or related field
- Certification in Stage Management
- Experience working in the energy industry
