Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Stage Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Financial Services sector in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Stage Manager in the planning, execution, and management of events, presentations, and meetings that enhance our company's presence and engagement within the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Event Coordination: Assist the Stage Manager in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management. Ensure all elements are executed smoothly and efficiently.

- Technical Support: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that all audio-visual equipment is in place and functioning correctly before, during, and after events. Address any technical issues promptly.

- On-Site Management: Act as a point of contact during events, managing on-site activities, ensuring the event runs on schedule, and liaising with speakers, participants, and vendors.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of event plans, schedules, and post-event evaluations. Provide feedback and reports to the Stage Manager for future improvements.

- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and clients, to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.

- Logistical Support: Help coordinate transportation, accommodation, and catering needs for events, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.

- Creative Input: Collaborate with the Stage Manager and marketing teams to contribute creative ideas for event themes, layouts, and presentations that resonate with our target audience in the financial services sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, stage management, or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficiency in using event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.

- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in managing or assisting with large-scale corporate events, conferences, or seminars.

- Knowledge of audio-visual technology and event production processes.

- Familiarity with the financial services industry and its unique event requirements.

- Fluency in Arabic is a plus, but not required.
