We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stage Production Assistant in Abu Dhabi. The Stage Production Assistant will work closely with the Stage Production Manager to ensure the smooth running of all stage production activities within the company's events and projects related to the energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of stage production activities for events, conferences, and other projects
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of stage equipment and materials
- Set up and dismantle stage equipment and props as needed
- Assist in the operation of audiovisual equipment during events
- Manage and maintain inventory of stage production materials and equipment
- Assist in the recruitment and coordination of stage production staff and volunteers
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring the seamless flow of stage production activities
- Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for stage production activities
- Other duties as assigned by the Stage Production Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Theatre Production, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in stage production or event management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of stage production equipment and techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
