We are seeking a talented and dedicated Stage Production Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Stage Production Assistant in the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a vital role in supporting the production team in the planning and execution of various events and activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of all stage production activities, including set design, lighting, sound, and special effects
- Work closely with the production team to ensure all technical and logistical aspects of the event run smoothly
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of staging equipment and props
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for each event
- Assist in managing and organizing production schedules, budgets, and resources
- Provide support to the production team during rehearsals and live events
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and problem-solving during events
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all production team members and performers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Theater, Performing Arts, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in stage production or event management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of stage production equipment and techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
