Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Store Planner to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The Store Planner will be responsible for developing strategic plans for retail stores within our properties to maximize sales, productivity, and customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to understand tenant needs and preferences
- Develop store layout designs that optimize space and traffic flow
- Utilize software tools to create 2D and 3D store layouts
- Conduct site visits to assess physical space and make recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to implement store design changes
- Monitor store performance metrics and make adjustments as needed
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in store planning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- [X] years of experience in store planning for retail properties
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
