We are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Planning Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, operations management, and program management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of strategic initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful execution of strategic plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive business development and growth opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or program management in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
