We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Accounts Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively seek out new potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic account plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability
- Provide regular reports and updates on account performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management within the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing strategic accounts and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
